Thank you for all the hard work you put in to selling our home, Kate went above and beyond when it came to finding the right buyer for our house. We are absolutely delighted with the result and wouldn't hesitate to use Kate again Many Thanks

Outstanding Guy with Professional approach and abundance of knowledge of Local Real Estate market. Very pleased with result achieved in 9 days of listing. Planning and execution of marketing was brilliant. Please do yourself a favour to go with Jaggy in Canterbury region. I can recommend this highly because I have wasted 3 months and a lot of money with a big company locally that just caused us loads of stress but nothing else. Once again, Jaggy Bhupal you are awesome and so is your Arizto app with everything being digitalised. Seller overseas, property in Rolleston, Buyer in Hamilton and Your REA taking care of everything. Amazing Amazing Amazing 🙏🙏🙏👍👍

Kate was the most thorough, honest and on to it agent we have ever worked with. She provided us with ongoing feedback over the campaign. Her knowledge of the market in Christchurch was exceptional. She followed up with every group that came through our property eventually securing a buyer and a great price. I would highly recommend Kate for anyone wanting to work with a transparent and motivated agent

Had come across Felicity a few years back and was very helpful. Combined with Aritzo we engaged Felicity in the sale process and again found her real,on the ball and obtained a good result in the current environment. Highly recommend

Dave was very professional in all aspects. Even when the open homes were not as well attended as we would have liked he kept us positive throughout the process. Dave was open and honest with his ideas, thoughts and suggestions, while never forgetting that is was our house and he listened to our thoughts and ideas. All of this helped towards a successful sale for us, in a challenging market.

I would highly recommend Mike Bell if you are selling your house. He is in constant contact with you keeping you updated and giving the best advice. He goes out of his way to get the sale done. He has the patience of a saint! ( this was a long drawn out sale) but he never faulted. Mike is definitely the man to sell your house. Thankyou once again Mike.

While I had no previous experience with selling through Arizto I was drawn by their comprehensive on-line advertising including photos, video, floor-plan, simplified online app for communication and contracts, and competitive commission rate. I was not disappointed; they really have a contemporary system of selling and buying real-estate. Despite the challenges of the current market Felicity was persistent with bringing through potential buyers and her professionalism and communication were faultless. I was left feeling positive about the experience of selling my home through Felicity and Arizto.

Pip's commitment, dedication and communication was excellent, she really could not have done anything more on this sale and put in so much effort. She dealt with each stage of the process promptly, clearly explaining the implications to me, fantastic!
