We had the power of two Veena and Wayne Hemingway to sell our two properties. Found them to be genuine and up front people they worked well together with us. We hit a few speed bumps on the way I.E. properties files were in a mess and they put us onto the right people to sort it out and help us threw this process. I would rate Wayne and Veena 10 stars if I could. Their service was amazing very professional, informative and helpful. I was always kept up to date and they went beyond to even organize permits needed to boost the house sale. Previously I had two other agencies attempt to sell my home which would have been at much higher commissions and service was nothing in comparison. I highly recommend these two and thank them once again.

We had a great experience dealing with Jaggy. Was always available and extremely helpful as we were purchasing from another city. Weren't a huge fan of the "offers over/deadline sale" and then having a "blind auction" and would prefer to have a straight purchase price listed and negotiate from there but ended up fine in the end. We would not hesitate to recommend Jaggy and would certainly use if we needed an agent in the future in the Rolleston area.
