There's not many occasions I would bother writing a review for anyone but Kate absolutely deserves an 5 star review. This was our first home buy and as everyone know this is a very exciting but very stressful experience. we have been looking for houses for very long time and we have met tons and tons of agents along the way. some good but some not so good. when we met Kate we knew she is honest about everything and also a person very easy to work with. as I remember we put an offer through on the same day we met her. she helped us a lot through the process but without being one of those annoying agent. she was extremely proffesional and very on time on all the requests we had from her. I would definitely work with her again with knowing her best interest is to look after her clients as best as she can. can't recommend enough to anyone else who needs her service.
