I obtained market appraisals from both Scott and one other agency prior to listing with Arizto, the appraisals came in the same, however both proved to be a little low in the current market. Scott worked tirelessly to achieve the best outcome for us, both his and our hard work paid off. He was easy to contact, provided helpful information and professional contacts when needed and when he couldn't answer his phone, returned my calls in a timely fashion, would definitely use Scott again when I next decide to sell a property.

After 3 months of open homes with another agency and several low ball offers that the previous agent tried to convince me to accept. On the first weekend Nicole gave me 3 offers, all above the last agents, Nicole then negotiated one offer to cash, and the house was sold. I should have given her the listing from the start and saved myself a whole lot of false promises and BS. I paid her a bonus because she was worth it.

Despite being in the process of setting up a new agency, Heather and her team were on top of it from the outset. They did a thorough appraisal, heard our minor criticisms and improved the video, did open homes on request, advised on staging and added the professional touches, chased up the signage and had it installed. Heather was always ready to listen and to act, and always only a phone call away. When it came to the date of sale and the offers, she was proactive in engaging with the potential vendors, and sought the best price for the property. The result was a successful sale of my parents' estate, to a very happy purchaser. As Executor, I have no qualms in stating that for $10,000 commissionflat, rather than the traditional percentage plus marketing costs, there was no perceived reduction in outcome; but a considerable saving for the estate.
