We as a family decided to make the big move back to the UK and Anna was super knowledgable about advising us when would be the best time to go on the market, allowing us a good amount of time between selling and moving. She was always ready to answer our questions and was willing to respond to our queries day or night. She did an amazing job getting the buyers through the door and showing them around our beautiful home. Anna got us the best deal for our home and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Anna as the agent for the sale of your home. Thanks again Anna (and Aritzo).

We have used Electra Trewavas at various times over 3 years, both selling and looking for a property to buy. She is very exceptionally easy to deal with, being a very friendly, down-to-earth person. Having lived in the Tasman region all her life she has a great knowledge of property in the area and we valued the fact that her advice was totally reliable and honest. She is highly professional, easily contactable and went out of her way to make sure that property description, photography etc were done to the highest standards. Al-in-all the best agent we have dealt with in many years and highly recommended. Thank you Electra!

Kate is amazing, she went absolutely above and beyond for the sale of my house in an area which had gone quiet in sales. She is excellent with communicating what’s happening, what needs to happen, and makes things super simple. No hidden fees, great marketing and I even got a drone video and floor plan as part of their standard package, as well as heaps of great photos. She’s highly motivated, a total laugh and I will absolutely use her for my next purchase!

The fact that Mark presented us with 5 good offers within days of listing speaks volumes for his professionalism and marketing skills. Mark is a natural communicator and kept us closely posted at every step of the way. We could not be happier with our real estate experience!

Yadi's market valuation of our property was pretty spot on in our initial meeting which helped us have realistic expectations to ensure our property would be sold. His estimate of the sale timeline also ended up being accurate as we sold in about 6-8 weeks. His communication was prompt via email, text, and call as well as meeting reminders which was helpful. I would have appreciated an initial detail of marketing strategy in terms of selling points of our home as well as being informed about features of our home so potential buyer's would have all information they needed. This would have helped me feel more confident in the beginning and I personally would have appreciated a little less involvement with creating the advert and marketing input. Overall, the experience with Yadi was pleasant and working with him through Aritzo made things simple and clean. We appreciate the work he did in selling our property.

Don stepped into our home and made us feel at ease selling our home within minutes. His professional approach and communication throughout the process was faultless. Dons knowledge helped us achieve a superb result. We put the pressure on Don a little with wanting a quick turn around getting our home on the market and he delivered without any questions. What we thought was an unrealistic timeframe Don went above and beyond with no hesitation and made it happen. I would highly recommend Don to other sellers and have already done so. We can’t thank Don enough for his effort and guidance when the stress levels for us seemed to be peaking.
