Morgan is an excellent agent who went the extra mile for us. I live in Auckland and can always depend on her to do things for me. For example, when needed does inspections, liaises with builders on my behalf, allows tradies into the property, and many other tasks. Also, she managed to bring 2 offers within 3 weeks and got the property sold whereas Raywhite could not do this in 6 months. Vance worked hard to develop a great relationship with us. He gave us pointers on how to prepare our place for open homes and we often discussed the state of the market as time went on. He was prepared to be flexible with open homes to fit with our lifestyle and schedule.
