1Kara has done a good job of helping me and her vendor, she has gone out of her way to get the sale as it would be a very hard property to sell with banks never keen to lend on bare land or with relocatable dwellings and cash buyers few and far between. She looked after her vendors interests to the end and recommended/pushed brokers to try and get a deal to no avail but i came up with the right one after 3 failures and he made it happen finally with pre-settlement inspection non-existent. Just the one hitch after all her other good efforts for both parties.

We knew that selling the home of our deceased sister wasn't going to be easy but Pip was with us every step of the way. Pip was in contact with us and the Public Trust on a regular basis and as everyone will know that trying to deal with any Public servants during the Christmas break is virtually impossible but Pip hung in there. Pip was everything anyone could ask for as a Real Estate agent right up until the property was recently sold. As a family we found her to be compassionate as we grieved the loss of our sister, explaining the process each step of the way. Thank you so much Pip, we would recommend you to anyone, and we're doing that now, that wants to sell a property.

Sue helped us sell my fathers property, Sue was a pleasure to work with, as Sue was working with a family grieving and living in different parts of the world/ time zones, not a easy feat. Sue was practical a giving good honest advice, so we knew exactly where we stood and what to expect at each stage of the selling process. Sue was recommend to us by friends in the Palmerston North area and I would not hesitate to recommend Sue to others, hard worker and goes over and beyond to get the best result for you. Once again thank you.

From the minute we met Vicky we felt she had our back and was just as excited to be on our journey as we were. Vicky thinks outside the square to achieve a sale and I felt like she was genuinely invested in her job and us, as sellers. We would highly recommend Vicky to any buyer or seller as we couldnt fault her service in any way.

We were given Raewyn name by a friend who had said she was great and she really was. She provided us with great market insights, a simple and stress-free services. She managed all our questions, it was really easy to sign up via the website and she helped us manage our tenants expectations, ensuring the viewings ran smoothly for all parties involved. This was a big concern for us and it all went so smoothly. We had an offer in the first open home, she continued with other interested parties until this offer closed. Her communication with us and our tenants was highly personable and very stress free. We would absolutely use Raewyn again and would be happy to recommend here services.

We’d been looking for just the right property for more than 18 months, interacting with many agents. Mark carefully managed our expectations in a multiple-offer process, kept us well-informed throughout and patiently answered our questions. After moving into the neighbourhood, we’ve learnt that Mark is well-loved in the community and we highly recommend him for your next real estate venture.

Setting the right expectations, getting the right price and ensuring the property is sold within the timeframe of the seller - what else do you want. Anna has heaps of experience, has great communication skills and makes you feel at ease throughout the process. I would highly recommended her if you are in the property market.
