Pip has been amazing throughout our purchasing journey, still having good contact long after our purchase date. We have had major issues since buying this property, with leaks found and damage that could have been prevented from thorough inspection and communication (which clearly lacked from vendors and inspectors) we are nearly at the end of having our whole kitchen and dining area replaced due to these issues.
