Laurel always kept us informed of viewings well in advance. After viewings she was prompt in giving feedback both positive and negative. She was always available to answer any questions we had. Laurel is well-informed of current trends in the market and was able to keep us informed of such things. She is as friendly, enthusiastic, hard-working agent. If we had to describe Laurel in one word it would be "Integrity."

We meet Taylor at an open home. She was very pleasant, had good knowledge of the property and always got back to us if we had questions that required extra research. Got all that Council records to do with the building of the house and the development of the land. Taylor was always prompt and on time for extra viewings of the property. She made the sales process very hassle free.

Arizto offer a very simple stressless way to sell your house. Morgan was great at keeping me updated with all activity associated with the sale of my house in Rolleston. She offers honest and timely advice and guidance along the way with no "fluff" during negotiation stage. Great value for money as you get no less service for the lower than the industry standard fee! Morgan was great to deal with and it is a no brainer to be able to recommend her to other sellers.

Sam has been nothing short of exceptional from the moment we approached her when we were first looking to purchase a new family home. Sam has incredible communication skills, is extremely kind and friendly and has an extensive range of knowledge when it comes to all things real estate! The personal touches that she gives, truly does make the sale and purchasing process so care free and less stressful! No challenge that was thrown our way was to hard to overcome and Sam had a solution to everything and went over and aboves always! The Arizto sale and online process was a game changer! So easy to use, up to date and it was great being able to track everything from day one. Having an app to track your sale was great to ease our minds and important when wanting to follow how your sale is progressing. It was even better that all could be signed and documented online. The low fees was also amazing when every dollar counts! Thankyou so very much Sam from the bottom of our hearts for being such an incredible real estate lady and helping us achieve our dreams that we have been chasing for some time! Working with you has been exceptional and we highly reccomend and rave about you to everyone! ❤️

Kate was an excellent choice as our agent. From start to finish, she guided us through the process professionally and with our best interests at heart. Our family had to manage a number of unforeseen situations with the house. Kate helped connect us with other good people who helped us move forward with the work that was required. It is of no surprise to us that she is one of Christchurch’s leading agents. We highly recommend Kate to anyone who wants to purchase or sell property. You won't be disappointed

As first home buyers we didn't really not what to expect or how the process of buying a home works - there's a few steps to follow! Taylor guided us through with a 'no question is too silly' attitude and kept on top of deadlines and consistently touching base. Her approach is warm and easy going and we would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Kate is a very friendly person who was easy to work with and I recommend her to anyone selling their home. Always returned my phone calls in a timely manner and went out of her way to help me whenever I needed it.Although I did not get the price I wanted this in no way was a reflection of Kates work, just the market at the time.
