My partner and I recently bought our first home and could not recommend Kara more. As first home buyers it can be an incredibly daunting process going to property viewings and having to contact multiple different agents to find out information and arrange viewing times, and let’s be honest more of the realtors we met didn’t want to provide us the information we asked for, or didn’t take us as seriously when they found out we were first home buyers. However, not with Kara! I first contacted Kara about a property I was interested in, Kara called us within the same day and not only told us about the property and was able to answer any questions we had in simplified terms! She also went above and beyond to spend the time getting to know us and what our wants/needs/requirements/wishes were in a property. Kara organised our viewing quickly, arranged other properties she thought fit our criteria’s, and stayed in contact through the process. Honestly, as a first home buyer Kara is the only agent I would ever recommend, she’s down to earth, easy going, straight to the point and always available to answer any questions we had, which was a lot! Would highly recommend her to anyone as she helped us find and secure our first home!

In all aspects Kim was an excellent real estate agent. She was reliable, dependable and her communication was absolutely top notch. Her knowledge of the market place was great and she made the whole process from start to finish straightforward. It was wonderful to work with a true professional who was always helpful, answered questions with clarity and offered support and help where required. I would recommend Kim to anyone who is looking to sell/purchase because she goes the extra mile to ensure her clients are well informed, kept up to date along the entire process and is a good listener.
