Steven is a nice guy and was very responsive to my messages and calls. I do think he played a role in getting the deal across the line. However, I do think some of the things he said were skewed in favour of the vendor and therefore not entirely honest. Things like the finish on the front door special technique when I know it was repainted after being tagged and the choice of toilet being an eco choice as a new council requirement rather than the vendors choosing it as a cost saving measure. I think sometimes you just have to be honest if you have less than ideal vendors rather than try to spin things. Because it makes purchasers wonder what else?

If you are thinking of selling your home I can highly recommend Ankit for this purpose. His knowledge of the market in our area was second to none. He went above and beyond to accomplish the sale our mother's home, his integrity was outstanding and he was very sensitive to our needs. He would work outside of the normal business hours to accommodate the family, some of whom were in different time zone's but he never complained about that as his focus was getting the best outcome for all involved. 10/10 is my rating for him

An outstanding person from the first time that my wife and I met Natasa. It was in April this year that we used Natasa in selling our home. I remember sitting around the table and discussing the different options that were available in putting our home on the market. How Natasa explained the options were great, we selected an option and the sign went up on the front lawn. Open home dates were put in place and up dates in person and by email was awesome.But my wife and I decided to take our home off the market, this was no reflection of the work that Natasa was doing. It was so I and my family could walk beside my brother to the end of his journey. Got in touch with Natasa i think in October, told her of the improvements that were done around the home. That sign was back out there and Natasa worked her mugic on them open homes, and offers were coming in. Last week Natasa put a sold sticker on that sign,we say thank you. Natasa, this year you sold our home but you got to see how things were for Koral and I. You saw our highs and lows as the year went on,your kindness, joy and laughter was so rewarding at these times.
