I would like to sincerely thank Avi for selling my house in a record time with great result!! What a journey, from being a confused seller in the begining to a well informed and confident one at the end, at the start i was overwhelmed with the amount of information available on the internet on the current market trends and the selling process. I approached all the leading real estate firms and so called top agents active in my area but unable to connect with them on their proposal/strategy to achieve my goal, then luck strike and saw an ad over facebook from a charismatic person named Mr. Aveshkar Pokharkar (Avi) who recently sold a nearby property in record time with desired vendor result. Initially i thought it was a fluke but i decided to listen to my heart and approached Avi, and to be honest within 5 minutes i decided to sign the listing agreement with him, which came out as one of the best decision of my life, not only i got a market savvy agent but a friend for life, he was always there to answer my never ending queries being a first time seller and guided me throughout the selling process like an elder brother, im highly impressed with his professionalism and go& getter type attitude to achieve favorable outcome for both buyer and the seller, i have never met with a person so hard working and with such a great work ethics. Avi can defy against all odds with his tickling brain and sarcastice smile. He never failed to attend my text or call even while being away on holidays or being overseas. Without a second thought will be using his professional services again in future whether buying or selling house in NZ.
