There were very few people looking at the property which made it a buyers market and therefore influencing price. Apart from this aspect Leigh went above and beyond. We had already moved due to employment and Leigh kept an eye on the property even going to the extent of doing lawns and keeping us informed. She also liased with our builder on finishing our garage and odd jobs by giving access to them.
