As a purchaser the process was straight forward and communication was good. Knew the property and the on-line process, whilst new to us seemed to work well. The only comment I would make and this was not a reflection of Angela's interaction was my frustration at getting a survey email as soon as the process became unconditional and the repeated followup emails. The sale was not finalised until after settlement date and it was not until then that I could fairly review the process.

She thought of everything - often before the person responsible did! 22 years ago our parents brought their home through Mark, and were absolutely stocked with how he worked to marry them and the sellers together. In the 22 years that have passed, Mark has maintained contact, sent cards each year, dropped in to say “Hi” and just continued the relationship beyond that of a sales person. Now, with our mother needing to sell the house to move on to her next stage, there was no question the house was to be sold by Mark. It was such a pleasure selling the house through Mark. His professionalism, genuine advice and care with the sales process was second to none. With the first offer a mere hours after the listing and conclusion of the sale within about 12 hours, we couldn’t be more happy with the way that Mark has represented our parents property.
