I had a really positive experience working with Casey. She was very attentive to texts and kept me well informed throughout the entire process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. One of the biggest highlights was being able to view the property with the vendor. This turned out to be a golden opportunity, as I got to see photos of the home and learn about its renovation history. That insight gave me a lot more confidence and put me in a great position when making my decision to purchase. After the experience we had with our last agent, we were a bit nervous going into this again but Leigh was the complete opposite in every way. She’s so easygoing, but at the same time absolutely knows her stuff. Everything just felt easy. We never once had to chase her up or wonder what was going on, she just handled it!! She even brought our kids Easter eggs… such a thoughtful touch and just sums her up perfectly, she just goes above and beyond. Safe to say, this time around was a dream instead of a disaster. Kate took charge, respectfully. She is a professional who knows what needs to happen and she lead us along but always communicated clearly, plainly and in a timely manner. We were able to put the sale of our property firmly in her hands and stand back, confident that Kate would communicate ‘what next’ and ‘now what’.
