When we first engaged with Nathan it was over two years prior to actually selling and he helped us to plan what we needed to do in order to bring our property to market successfully. When it was time to sell, the market had changed and we were looking at numbers no where near what we had hoped to be getting. That said, we set our expectations with Nathan and he put together a campaign to get the best price we could in a down market. This lead to 15+ attendees at the first weekend of open homes and we were unconditional within a week thereafter. Professional photography and video. Clear vision for marketing and "story". Competent and intuitive negotiation. Excellent communication post-unconditional between us and the purchaser. Overall, much like any top shelf whisky, there are many good ones out there but the one we picked was exactly what we wanted.
