We met with Beth in mid January and she provided us with an indepth property appraisal and at the time I was shocked by the figures and was certain we would be able to sell the property for more. However after receiving an offer we quickly realised that we needed to meet the market and the initial appraisal that Beth had done was correct and reflective of where the property market was at.
