The effort she put into the home video was natural, flowed well and would have inspired potential buyers. Her level of care and advice throughout was exceptional. Particularly during a period of my ill health. Her ability to problem solve and lead solutions was always first rate. I have sold more than 20 homes in my lifetime and I would rate Sara ahead of all others and would highly recommend her to anyone. Sara really went above and beyond. We were buying from overseas, and had to inspect the house via video call. This takes a lot of time, and we had to ask Sara to specifically inspect things a few times over. After the inspection, she patiently answered all questions, and then wrote us a few pages of info about the neighbourhood. She arranged a few unusual sessions (like us meeting the sellers) all in good grace. A joy to work with, I'd recommend her to anyone.
