Hugo was able to connect us with a property yet on the market and sell away at a number that buyer and vendor were both happy with. We were able to negotiate with the vendor quickly through a smooth communication link, led by Hugo. The handover and settlement process was simple and well explained for us as first home owners. Signing the agreements was made easy and times suited all. Hugo was available to answer questions 24/7 and was always prompt in his responses. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and Hugo’s professionalism and care was much oh appreciate. 10/10 very happy.
These guys are great .They listen and get on with it . I've had three good results in two years . They know the market well and I believe have achieved the best result at the time I was selling my properties. Each time I used Furnature Staging and we reckon this is a great way to show the potential buyers how the place could look.

Both Richard and Jono were awesome in the buying process. My wife and I were quite nervous wether we would get the property or not but they took that all away and guided is through to a successful purchase. They have been that great that we've gone with them to now sell our own house! They are both very personable and we got along with them from the word go. You can tell they are 100% genuine and in it for you. Will have them in mind for anything property related in future.

Dealt with Hugo Hartles who was the listing agent for the property. Right from the get go Hugo helped where he could with provide info about the property and how to navigate buying our first home. We felt that Hugo really did have an interest in getting us what we wanted and pulling out all the stops to make something work. He was always there to call if we had any questions and if he didn’t know the answer on the spot, he would find out and come back to us promptly. Couldn’t recommend Hugo more!
