Ava listened my preference carefully and answer all my questions with patience. This was my 2nd time to purchase house and I found not many real estate agents like her. On top of her smart and friendly assistance, her knowledge and experience at the time of auction was amazing. Without her help, I couldn't have such a happy time in lovely house now! I am greatly appreciated her warm support.

My family moved from Dunedin to Christchurch. Ava was helping us find potential houses from the beginning. She had the right grasp of our needs and provided professional advices. She helped us shot the video of the house, communicated with seller’s agent, and quickly auction off our home. As we were not in Christchurch, she helped us with all the process, included receiving our furnitures and belongings on our moving day. I have to say that we weren’t able to buy our current home without Ava. Thanks Ava for all your efforts!

She provides useful information based on what her clients are looking for. She always tries to recommend a perfect match with the client's requirement and within their capacity. She is available most of the time to answer any queries related to her Open Homes. With her these qualities, we can imagine why she has been one of the best agents in the real estate market in Christchurch. Highly recommended.

Lin is easy to talk to and she gave us timely update after each open home and kept us updated with buyers feedbacks. The first week of open home was quiet and we made some change to boost up the viewing number. Lin tried hard to push up the house value during auction. We are happy that the house is sold!

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Ava Wang. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Ava, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and hands-on, and she really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Ava walked us through every step of the negotiation. We will always recommend Ava to our friends who want to sell their house or buy a new house!

Ava was very pleasant to work with, and went above and beyond for us. We were out of town buyer and due to lockdown we were not able to view the properties in Christchurch in person. Ava kindly offered to do the video call and showed us all the properties that we were interested at the time including other agent's listings. She is enthusiastic in what she does and looks after her client. We couldn't thank her enough.
