Found the only one but perfect buyer for us
Our apartment is small and the view is partially blocked by another building. Jane found one of her clients who was willing to pay a good price for it. The buyer was looking for a unit exactly like ours. Also, Jane's advice on open-home preparation is superb. We have had very good feedback on the open homes. Most viewers liked the house and gave reasonable price feedback. In the end, it was Jane's old client who actually bought the unit at a price both parties were happy about. So, everyone was happy.

We give Lin 10 out of 10. We could not have asked for a better agent than Lin. Lin is very professional, reliable, efficient and pays attention to even the minor details. We were in constant communication and Lin kept us updated throughout the whole process. Having Lin in the auction room with us was also very reassuring.
