We had a very stress free experience due to the professional, friendly and helpful advice we received from our agent Jane Fennell. Jane was honest with us and the communication was excellent. Lin was a proactive and responsive communicator. The market changed quite a lot while our house was for sale, and we didn’t get the price we had discussed at our initial meeting. The process also took longer than we had hoped for. Lin was resilient and persevered throughout though, and did her best to accommodate the life changes we had during the time our house was for sale.
