From the moment I first called Kathy, she was friendly, kind, and very easy to talk to. Buying a home can be stressful, especially when you’re doing it from overseas like I was, but she made the whole process feel calm and supported. Her communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt she genuinely cared about helping both sides of the process, not just completing a transaction. What really stood out to me was that Kathy clearly sees buying and selling a home as something more meaningful than just a deal. She understood that the owners cared about who the next person would be to live in their home, and she also recognised how important the house was for me. That made the experience feel much more personal. Because I was buying the house without seeing it in person, my brother visited on my behalf and Kathy was incredibly helpful with the inspections and making sure everything ran smoothly. She was also very welcoming when I wanted family members involved in viewing the home, which meant a lot. When I finally met Kathy in person, it was genuinely lovely to thank her and give her a hug. She is clearly very well known and respected in the community, and I’ve since heard from several people that she has a fantastic reputation — and I can absolutely see why. Overall, Kathy went beyond my expectations. She is professional, empathetic, and clearly loves what she does. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
