Nick is very personable and presentable . He knows the New Plymouth market very well, our property was on leasehold land so our sale price expectation needed to be managed to meet the market. I think it was sold after 3 or 4 open homes from which we received comprehensive and prompt feedback from Nick Hughes after each one. Throughout the process he maintained professionalism , facilitating copy alterations at our request and as we were out of town during the sale , he even offered to keep a small patch of garden weeded. Its no surprise that she was just as professional to me as the buyer as to when we were selling our last home, with her being our agent on that occasion.
