Great with elderly parents, patient and kind. Because parents are elderly Michelle needed to work with the 3 daughters as well to achieve open homes, paperwork and all dealings pertaining to sale. Hard market at the moment just kept at it and never lost faith - kept us feeling positive. Communication skills were great kept everyone informed.

Michelle has the patience of a person who understands that most people aren't selling their second or third house, and walked me through the most basic steps and questions in a way that made me feel confident, not stupid. Consequently I both trusted her deeply and felt like any questions I had would be thoroughly considered and answered. I sold my house from out of town, during a busy time where communication was ad hoc by necessity, and not only did I never feel stressed, I was 100% confident in Michelle. It payed off. I knew she'd nail it. I'll never have the words to recommend her enough. Thanks Michelle!
