Tim was not confident that our offer was sufficient to get a sale and he called a number of times to try and increase our offer however we were not anxious if we lost the house so we held our offer. In the end our offer was accepted which is a great outcome. Well done Tim.

Andre was great to deal with throughout the process of us selling our unit in Blenheim as we all lived in the North Island. He set up a group chat which helped with great communication. As out of town vendors we needed extra assistance and I can highly recommend Andre in this regard. He went above and beyond with organising contractors like carpet layers, gardeners, meeting contractors on site etc and he always offered to help us willingly. Andre focused on the positive features of the property and was always professional and enthusiastic.
