Friendly, Professional & Great Result
Andre was great to deal with throughout the process of us selling our unit in Blenheim as we all lived in the North Island. He set up a group chat which helped with great communication. As out of town vendors we needed extra assistance and I can highly recommend Andre in this regard. He went above and beyond with organising contractors like carpet layers, gardeners, meeting contractors on site etc and he always offered to help us willingly. Andre focused on the positive features of the property and was always professional and enthusiastic. He achieved a great result for us finding the perfect buyer in a swift amount of time and the whole family was happy. Thanks Andre.

Excellent work from Hollie as she made my move from the Waikato to Marlborough seamless with excellent communication and her eye for detail was paramount especially with turning on the heat pump to ensure a warm Blenheim welcome on a cold autumnal day

Kirsty. Was superb to deal with Selling both our properties in Blenheim.
Kirsty. Went above and beyond. As we had moved and relocated to another location, leaving her to take care of all aspects and secure the sale of our property. Organizing the upkeep of the garden and lawns and marking sure the property was clean, smart and presentable for open homes. Her communication skills and professionalism were first class throughout. Great experience - again...
This is the second time I have bought with Kirsty and the first time I have sold with her. She was just as great the second time around! We had a very tight timeframe to turn around the sale of my old house, Kirsty backed herself and it was done easily within that time frame. Professional and get's it done
My daughter recommended Nick. At first, I wasn’t sure - I didn’t know him, and he’s about half my age. I was planning to go with a company and agent I’d used before, but I felt their market appraisal was very low and would be an easy sale for them. So, I gave Nick a call. To be honest, from the moment I met Nick he came across as sincere and just a genuinely good bloke. He didn’t make any big promises or overcomplicate things. He never said a negative word about the property, which was a bit unloved - it belonged to my very elderly mother. I’ve bought and sold a few properties, understand the process and I know the local market. I found Nick easy to deal with, easy to communicate with, and he just got on with the job. He secured a conditional contract, and then, sadly, my dear old mum passed away. That added a layer of complexity, but again, Nick handled it with professionalism. He communicated well with the buyers, the estate solicitor, and me as the executor. Everything came together, and the SOLD sign went up. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Nick again or recommend him. And yes - my daughter had the last word: “I told you so.”
