My daughter recommended Nick. At first, I wasn’t sure - I didn’t know him, and he’s about half my age. I was planning to go with a company and agent I’d used before, but I felt their market appraisal was very low and would be an easy sale for them. So, I gave Nick a call. To be honest, from the moment I met Nick he came across as sincere and just a genuinely good bloke. He didn’t make any big promises or overcomplicate things. He never said a negative word about the property, which was a bit unloved - it belonged to my very elderly mother. I’ve bought and sold a few properties, understand the process and I know the local market. I found Nick easy to deal with, easy to communicate with, and he just got on with the job. He secured a conditional contract, and then, sadly, my dear old mum passed away. That added a layer of complexity, but again, Nick handled it with professionalism. He communicated well with the buyers, the estate solicitor, and me as the executor. Everything came together, and the SOLD sign went up. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Nick again or recommend him. And yes - my daughter had the last word: “I told you so.”
