From our first meeting we were very impressed with Fiona. She clearly had a very strong understanding of the market and was quickly able to give us a well-balanced appraisal of the marketability of our home, recognising the large number of houses on the market in Havelock North at the time. From the outset we felt very confident we were in good hands. Throughout the sale process, Fiona and her team were highly professional and their communication with us could not be faulted. Seven days after listing, one open home and five viewings during the week we were "under contract" which went unconditional about 4 days later. Everything they did, including the photography, their recommendations on who to stage the house, the communications etc went seamlessly and at all times we felt as if we were part of a highly focused and caring team.
