Chloe Amoretti

Chloe was great throughout the sale and purchase process.  We first met her when we were looking at options to buy, and felt she really understood what we were after.  She was the only agent we worked with who listened.  Then, once we’d worked with her to negotiate a contract to buy our new house, she helped sell our former home.  Chloe showed a great understanding of the sales proposition and helped us find a buyer very quickly.  She also helped us negotiate through some challenging differences between price expectations of seller and buyer.  We got there and are very happy with the result. 

I recently bought a house in Havelock North through Chloe and I honestly couldn’t fault the experience. Her communication was great the whole way through and she was always on top of things, which made the process a lot less stressful. She’s super friendly, really patient and took the time to answer all my questions without ever making it feel rushed. The service was just solid from start to finish.
