Amanda's experience showed from property presentation help through to comleted sales process
Amanda was involved early on in the renovation stage when I asked for advice on things that people where looking for in a property that where negatives and I could change or changes I could do to add value. All her advice prove correct in the end with a house that was better than I originally planned. She also helped me find a very good plumber at a time when they where almost impossible to get. Her knowledge of the industry again came too the fore with a very cost effective reference to a house staging company I then used. The result of this was a look and sales program that got praise from friends and family and more too the point resulted in a sale close too expectation. I'm looking forward to working with Amanda again too achieve maximin value from my property sale with no hassles.

Terrific service from the start !

Another excellent result

Excellent Agent
Jeff was an excellent agent for us. He had a good manner, balancing the need to chase potential buyers without hounding them and striking the perfect balance between being laid back and allowing people to see all the good aspects of our property and selling the positive benefits of it.
