Chris was very responsive to our enquiry about the property and arranged specific viewing given our limited time in the area. She was also able to assist with local knowledge and contacts regarding the area and some aspects that were specific to the property which was particularly helpful as we were not Christchurch based. Jeff came highly recommended, reviewed our home, advised on house retail price band, advised on things we needed to do to present the home for sale, devised a marketing plan to sell above all the app predicted prices, and stuck with the plan to sell our home in a price band with very few true purchasers in it, in an uncertain market around election time
