Christine was great! We didn't have our residency yet, but expected it any day. Unfortunately, we didn't get it until after the deadline. Christine was very responsive and served the seller and us well by letting us know that while there was an accepted offer contingent on the sale of the buyer's house, the seller had an escape clause if a better offer came along. So she encouraged us to keep the house in mind if we got our residency soon. We did and the rest is history!!

Any agent can sell a house when the property market is buoyant and buyers are chasing the few houses on the market. The real test of an agent's qualities and ability comes during an unpredictable then a plummeting market. Lisa's experience and wise head helped us during such a time. We listed when the market was showing signs of a downturn and economists were stating that the recession was upon us. Not an ideal circumstance but Lisa's calm approach and ability to take a broad and a long view was invaluable.
