Due to sad circumstances we needed to sell the family home after 60 years. He arranged a comprehensive appraisal, not over the top with marketing strategies and within budget. On line advertising is now the best way. We were reluctant to go to auction but it was the best thing we that could have done, and to stage the house. Open homes attracted more interest than we thought, and Peter bought in the empty Council bin saving me a trip to the empty house. Peter made very good suggestions to get the property into a saleable condition, so thank you.
