We have brought and sold over 20 times and the service we got from Peter was by far the best we had ever experienced! We first approached Peter a year ago but decided not to proceed with a sale at the time. Peter was the only agent we approached at the time that kept in regular (professional) contact, so he was our first choice when we decided to sell. Peter's pre-sale advice was well considered, informed and practical. Peter's market knowledge was extensive and thoughtful. We were remote sellers and Peter provided advice and hands-on support on the ground with getting the house ready for sale and maintaining it while it was on the market (even mowing the lawns for us before each open home!). Communication and support throughout the sale process was friendly, professional and timely. In our opinion Peter went above and beyond with the service he provided us and we have no hesitation in recommending him to any future sellers.
