From the 1st day we met Noel, we were impressed with his professionalism and sincerity. His communication is fantastic and has continued well after our move in. Noel has spent heaps of time with us over the weeks working through the complexity of our contract and has discussed all issues with honesty and where necessary, research. He has a wide knowledge of both the local market and the area and has put us in contact with a variety of useful people. Having experienced numerous agents over the years we can wholeheartedly recommend Noel as your local agent as he is one of the best we have ever worked with. Thanks heaps Noel for all your efforts these past 2 months.

I have no hesitation in recommending Noel as a sales agent. Our situation was complicated in that I was acting on behalf of a friend who was selling her property after no longer being able to live in it due to health reasons. Neither of us were in the Tauranga area throughout the sale process and so, as sole agent, Noel was our "man on the ground". Noel was very professional and helpful throughout, he organised the preparation of the property for sale and kept us appraised of all developments so we were well informed and able to make appropriate decisions around marketing, maintenance of the property while on the market and during the auction itself. When unforeseen circumstances crept up he acted quickly to fix the issues. He attended all the open days and was thorough in his follow up with potential buyers. Our eventual purchasers we also extremely impressed with Noel and said they would definitely recommend him also! Thank you Noel, you went above and beyond in your service to us and we are extremely grateful for everything you did during what was a fairly stressful life event.

We met a number of agents before listing our house and easily decided to go with Noel. He was professional yet friendly. Did not rush us into any decisions, listened carefully to what we wanted and worked with us to achieve our end goal. We always felt we were getting the truth from Noel. It was a pleasure to be so well looked after.
