As a result we were made to feel like we were valued customers and that he wasn’t just working for the vendors, unlike many others in the industry that we had come across. At no time did we feel that we were pressured towards a decision that we didn’t want to make, or that only a half-hearted attempt had been made to follow up on a request. He was always easy to get in contact with when we had questions, and was very quick to provide a response from the vendors. Noel was a real pleasure to deal with and made our purchasing decision so much easier. We were only basically familiar with Omokoroa but with Noel being a local we knew we were in good hands. We don't like pushy sales techniques and Noel was definitely not pushy. However he remained in constant contact with us providing as much information as he could muster and accommodating our every request and sometimes tight schedule. We both gained an instant comfort zone with Noel and felt he operated with a high level of honesty and integrity. After the purchase Noel even went the extra mile and put us in touch with his organisations rental team who sorted us a great rental on very short notice while we plan the next phase of building on our section. Over the years we have bought and sold numerous properties, both houses and sections with many other agents, and for us Noel has been a standout among them. We have had our house on the market for 9 months /6 months with Tall Poppy, 3 months with Harcourts/. During that time we did not get any offers. Then I heard some really good comments about Tremains/ Brent Bastin team/ and we decided to have a go with them. Started marketing on Wednesday, first open home on Sunday/ 6 groups through, which never happened with neither of the companies/, had a very strong interest at the first open home, an offer next week - SOLD!! It took other agencies 9 months and NO SALE, Tremains sold it in 2 weeks. Very impressed! Good job!
