I felt that Sam and I had a good working relationship, she kept me updated throughout the process.
Some of the information could have been a bit clearer at times but overall happy with the way Sam worked

A very professional Sales person
Noel was very responsive. Whenever we rang him with a query he always rang back straight away with the answer to our question. We really liked that about him. His knowledge of the market was excellent and once it came to negotiating a sale, he did everything he could to get the best price for us. We would recommend him and Samantha to anyone.

A very hard working lady with a lovely percinality
We had a complex sale with 4 parties involved. Sam did an excellent job liaising through all different people enabling us to get a settlement. She did an outstanding job and spent a lot of time trying to push the deal through. We were extremely with the outcome. At the end of the day there was 4 extremely happy customers.

I had been looking to buy for over two years and kept meeting Noel at his open homes. He listened to my feedback, likes and dislikes, and took the time to understand what I was looking for.
