Matt is a professional. His communication skills are excellent and you feel fully informed throughout the whole process. He is always positive and forward thinking , which was relevant as the market changed in the time my property was listed. I have already recommended him to friends and colleagues and will definitely contact him if needed in the future.

Working with Matt was a pleasure, I was kept informed throughout the process. My property was sold within a month of going on the market, he worked hard to achieve a positive result. I imagine prospective purchasers found Matt to be honest about the property without understating it’s value. I appreciated Matt’s empathetic approach while assuring me that there would be a sale, and there was 😁

Matt was the listing agent for a house that we ultimately purchased here in Nelson. He was extremely responsive to our initial enquiry through TradeMe, was happy to arrange multiple viewings and was very knowledgeable about the property itself. He was very easy to deal with and quickly found out the answers to our queries if he didn't know them straight away. He was a great communicator and we had no issues with the process under Matt's guidance.

Matt sold us out new home whilst we were in lockdown and overseas. He could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Ha arranged a virtual viewing and was able to answer everything we needed. We first saw our new home in person after we got the keys, and it was exactly as described. Matt sold the property on its' merits and was fair, accurate and reasonable. I'd be happy to buy through him again.

Great communication skills and quickly follow up on our queries. Great coordination skills to market our home and organise the auction and documentation. Our home was sold in 3 weeks and we are delighted with the outcome!

Matt Goodman showed us the property on 2 sepetate occassions and with each visit helped us settle our minds. He took us through the auction process. Nothing was too much trouble bringing documents out to us late in the evening for us to review. Great personal customer service through out the whole process. Thanks Matt.

Matt has a way of making the client feel relaxed with his friendly and sincere manner. The knowledge and his commitment to getting the best result for the vender is a lesson all Real estate agents could well take heed from. For a young man new to the industry, he is a true asset to the company he represents. Matt will go far, with the above skills he cannot fail. I shall recommend Matt to my friends.
