But it also means she gets where you are at as a vendor - the hopes and fears, the stress, the exhaustion, your life being turned upside down for a while - and can provide the practical advice, moral support and empathy you need at different points. While a caring and funny person, we liked that she was very straight with us, and never just told us what we wanted to hear. She managed our expectations, but in the end the price we got exceeded them, and in a tough market too. We would recommend her to anyone who values these qualities in an agent - there is no one we would rather have had in our corner.
