Jeremy was able to explain many variables to me in plain English and helped me front foot all emerging issues, particularly dealing with trades people, utility providers and neighbors (and Auckland Council god bless them). Jeremy communicated with my lawyer in a timely and professional manner. His associate Linda was also on hand, ensuring my questions and requests were all attended to quickly, 24/7. They knew instinctively when to email, when to text and when to call, something I valued tremendously being a shift-worker and a busy parent. I also appreciate the great lengths Jeremy went to in order to navigate level 4 lock-down restrictions, including virtual tours and well managed viewings. My husband and I had several areas of pressure when preparing our property for sale. There were a number of things to juggle including a long holiday weekend, a moving truck and the start date on a new job. Jeremy provided sound advice on timing, what to do, along with how and when to do it. The photography & videography were challenged with weather on a deadline, despite this the finished product was first class! Jeremy's guidance as well as hard work by Linda and himself created a multi-offer environment which brought in 6 competing offers within 10 days. The winning offer not only had the most favourable conditions, but timing wise, it meant we could pack the truck, leave town and the new owners could take possession within days.
