From the get-go, Glenn made the whole process easy for us. We struck up a genuine connection and rapport with him, and he really went in to bat for us with the vendors right down to the day that we went unconditional. He couldn't have been more supportive and helpful. This was our first home purchase, and we felt out of our depth and a little unsure, based on previous open homes and how 'pushy' some of the other real estate agents had been.
