Kevin and Charmaine were super helpful. Our sale was a little complicated with a lot of changes after 35 years. Auckland council are not the most practical of people, but Kevin knew exactly what was needed to be done and guided us through the process. While we didn't get the $23,000,000.00 we wanted (haha), we received a good price at the first auction, much sooner than anticipated. Thanks Guys!
