Jeremy was recommended to me by a work colleague who had used him to sell their old unit and upsize to a bigger home. He knows exactly what will appeal to buyers, and conversely, what areas may put them off. Gave me a good explanation of everything, but wasn't pushy (he did make sure I got rid of a major roadblock in the form of a less than stellar old garage!). And he has a number of contacts that are useful for getting things done on ahort timeframes. Very good experience, and Jeremy and his wife Linda make a good team!

We have recently sold an investment property with Debbie that was a real "fixer upper" and presented quite a challenge to sell. Debbie provided us with the most competitive and comprehensive package of the agents we talked to. Although we have work with her before, our decision to go with Debs was based on the quality of the package. Of course we have also found her to be so personable, engaged, and hard working that the sale was almost enjoyable! In the end Debs did a great job of judging the market and finding the right potential buyers, which was to be fair, pretty challenging in the current market. We're very happy with the end result and will be coming back to Debbie if we sell or buy again.
