In a tough market and with us selling by distance Michael worked hard to ensure we were getting people through and the house was looking good for presentation. Because we were out of the city having someone we could trust to stay on top of things was important. We never had to chase Michael for anything, he was always on the ball, following up potential buyers, keeping us informed and keeping an eye on all the details. Michael was great with our buyers and seemed to build a rapport with everyone who came in the door, which helped us to know where buyers were at. Michael is a true professional and a great guy.

We just had the best experience with Caroline. Her advice was absolutely flawless, and she was really patient taking us through what could have been a really challenging sale. This is the guy you want on your team. Michael explained every detail in layman's terms so we knew what we were signing. He is professional, engaging and easy to talk to. We didn't feel pressure or rushed when working with him at all.
