Michael gave us advice on the market and the potential of our house that we found was exactly right. It was a time when houses were harder to sell. Ours was big, had not been on the market for half a century and we knew that while it had great street appeal and style it was not what many buyers were looking for. We were impressed with Michael’s ability to attract many, many visitors to open homes and to work in practical ways with our stager. People visiting were happy to share their views with Michael giving us a real understanding of the real people in out potential market. In the end in the flat market Michael brought us three eager buyers and we were able to sell to a family we hope will find the house exactly what they need. Michael Hinds offered a truly exceptional service when we needed to sell our apartment. I found Michael after searching online for Wellington realtors. I decided to make contact with him just before Christmas, never ever expecting him to reply until after Christmas and the New Year. Michael not only replied to my email immediately, but also followed up with a phone call. He made the entire process stress free. It is truly difficult finding an agent of this calibre. We were both working in different time zones and I would find that if there had been any issues during my night time, (the day time in NZ) that by the time I had risen in the morning Michael had already dealt with the issues. I was impressed with Michael’s attention to detail throughout the entire process. It is difficult finding an agent of this calibre. He also communicated with our solicitor on our behalf, so as to not waste a day due to the time differences. He approached the job with promptness, strategic mindset, great attention to detail and the willingness to do the hands on jobs when needed. Michael went above and beyond our expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends, colleagues. Michael’s good energy made this task a lot easier than I had ever expected.
