Michael first contacted me back in 2022. At the time, I wasn’t ready to sell my house, but he stayed in touch. In late December 2024, I reached out to let him know I was finally ready. He was on the other side of the world on a well-deserved family holiday, so I didn’t expect a response until after the holidays. I was wrong. Despite the time difference and the inconvenience, Michael got back to me straight away. His dedication, drive, enthusiasm, and integrity never wavered throughout the entire process. I wanted a quick sale, and that’s exactly what I got. From listing the house to the sold sign going up, I trusted Michael’s expertise in the market and his strategy. My house went on the market in the second week of February 2025—alongside thousands of others. By the second week of March, it was sold. This sale was the result of a relationship breakup, and Michael handled the situation with professionalism, treating both of us with equal respect and compassion. As we had a bad experience with the first attempt at selling our house we were very cautious about who we went with. I applied for a on line appraisal and up popped Michael.
