Andre made the stressful experience of buying a home completely stress free. We met many agents on the gauntlet of open homes and it seemed none of them took us seriously or even tried to help. Andre was friendly, patient and quick to answer any questions and texted and called back within the hour everytime. We had never been to auction so he invited us to a practice one so we could get a feel for it and then handled our auction himself we just gave him our budget and he did the rest. He was always friendly and obviously non judgemental like the other agents we had come across. As a buyer I feel lucky to have met Andre and recommend him to anyone especially if you are new to the process. If we ever sell he will be the only person we call. Brent and his team were so amazing. We found their communication outstanding and because we don't live in Tauranga, this was important for us. From start to finish, they kept us in the loop with what was happening. With each open home we got a written report of feedback from each person who went through the house.
