Excellent
Deborah had full control of the entire sales process. The property was tenanted and Deborah organized and negotiated directly with the Property Manager and Tenant making this a seamless transaction for myself, which became particularly important once I moved out of the region. The overall market at the time of the sale was uncertain and I found Deborah's approach to be consistent and agile with ongoing support from the wider Tremains team. I have no hesitation in recommending Deborah to anyone contemplating a house sale or purchase.

Approachable and knowledgeable
Pam provided an uncomplicated selling experience along with her team. Being overseas for work I asked if Pam could perform a property inspection, where she identified external/internal maintenance issues and general landscaping. She organised quotations and arranged for the work to be carried out, staged the property with furniture, literally done everything. I simply signed documents. From the first date of contact with Pam on the 4th of December she had all the above mentioned sorted out and advertised by 23rd December. I was honestly surprised she could pull it off. But incredible happy to be on the market before Xmas. Don’t hesitate to utilise Pam, give her a call.

As first time buyers Elliot Barnes was magnificent to say the least!
We had been looking at homes for a couple months and had been through about 40, feeling the all knowing fatigue of purchasing a home, before coming across this gem. But right from the first open home I was impressed with Elliots knowledge of the property and refreshing candour. At the initial open home he was quick to tell us of any known issues, the primary one being that the property was without a code compliance certificate, but he didn’t shy away from giving us all the facts and that this was currently being worked through and gave dates for when everything would be completed. Every part of the process was smooth, going through multiple versions of a sales and purchase agreement before being comfortable of the conditions and Elliot never made us feel like we were being a hassle. He fought for us and our offer, was incredibly kind, easy to relate to and 100% would be my first choice when my time comes to sell my home.

Absolute legends! 100% recommend!
Brent and his AMAZING team were truly exceptional! Our family were really impressed with the level of knowledge and the amount of data Brent had about the market. It was a no-brainer for our family to work with Brent and his team and we knew we were in safe and steady hands. The amount of effort and time they put into their communications was so impressive and we looked forward to our daily updates. Hunter and Elliot's updates were always so upbeat and they are really quick to respond. Their cool, calm mindset kept our anxiety low and gave us the confidence they would get the job done – and they most certainly did! I am not sure how you can have a better agent than Brent Bastin and his entire team. If we ever need to sell our current home, we know exactly who to call when the time comes :)

Really friendly and was knowledgably about the house.
Elliot was very friendly and very helpful through the entire purchasing process. He knew what he was talking about regarding the house and the surroundings. One really nice thing was that he isn't slimy like most other agents agents that I have dealt with.

Greatest Agents Out!
Brent, Hunter & the team at Tremains completely exceeded our expectations. Their market knowledge was sound. Made the whole experience easy first time buying at Auction.
From the moment I walked in I felt at ease and not pushed at any point, and helped me with all my questions and concerns. I really feel Nick has everyone best interested in mind. All the communication was fantastic, and no point did a feel like I didn't know what was happening as i had never been to auction. I would totally recommend Nick if you wanted someone you can trust.
