We first encountered Brent 8 years ago to the day. We didn't buy through him then, but still have his branded pen, and that plus his character and enthusiasm at that time made him memorable, and made us keen to sell with him when the time came, especially seeing the years of success he had enjoyed in the meantime, with a whole team to his name! We had a short timeframe in December but the Bastin Group hit the ground running with their campaign and all the boxes got checked at quite a rate, with staging, photos, listings, and then more than 20 groups viewing the house over a two-week period. The team was always enthusiastic, and prompt with communication, and the deadline sale produced the goods. Hunter was excellent in helping two rookie first home buyers in obtaining their first property in NZ. He kept us informed of the process along the way and made sure we did our bits as necessary. He was super helpful throughout the whole process and a very good communicator. Although we did not buy directly through Andre, he was keen to show us around a few properties which would suit us, with good follow up, listening to what our needs were. Brent did a great job for both the vendors and us in getting a good deal across the line at the auction.
