First time experience with Monica and Tall Poppy. I was overwhelmed at Monica's professionalism and the value she placed on my time. Monica made the purchase easy, she was happy to meet for a private viewing and call the vendor to discuss the terms, furthermore, Monica drafted the sales and purchase with the terms discussed, and allowed me the opportunity to sign the agreement when it worked for me, clearly placing value on my time, this I appreciated.
