I was looking at one house that Tawhiti was agent for and as they were wanting more than we were really in the market for he suggested a similar house that we did end up buying. It was a little less glam but really what we were looking for. Well in truth, we were skeptical at first. We had had a number of agents give us ideas of what they thought property would sell for, which was well under our own goal. Tawhiti said right from the first meeting he would get what we wanted. He could see our vision, all we needed was someone else to see it was well. I should have had more faith, because Tawhiti delivered on every aspect, not only obtaining our asking price but in record time. Working with Tawhiti was a pleasure and nothing was to hard for him.
